Shiatsu treatments and Rates

On Thursdays evening I give regular full body treatments at the studio in Kuipersstraat 145C -De Pijp.

This Shiatsu treatment is given on a futon on the floor and is a mix of movements, stretches and pressure points stimulation. Please wear comfortable clothing.

On Fridays I give neck and back treatments at your house in Amsterdam Centrum or Oost.

This Shiatsu treatment is given on a massage chair, focusing on back, neck, shoulders and arms. Please wear comfortable clothing.

From February 1, 2023, the following rates apply:

Treatments at Kuiperstraat 145C are 65 Euros per hour. A Shiatsu treatment lasts one hour including the intake: 10 minutes intake, followed by 50 minutes massage treatment.
Treatments at your house in Amsterdam Centrum or Oost are 75 Euros per hour (10 minutes intake, followed by 50 minutes massage treatment).

If you have additional insurance, the Shiatsu treatment is (partially) reimbursed by your health insurer. The treatments are exempt from VAT.

Contraindications:

Shiatsu treatments are not suitable during the first trimester of pregnancy.
In case of a viral infection, fever and acute illness, the treatment is not recommended.

Consult with your own doctor in case of serious conditions. In certain cases, I will advise you to consult your treating physician or specialist before receiving a Shiatsu treatment.
